Spigen India - Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy
The Spigen India Return and Refund Policy is strictly guided by the verification of confirmed manufacturing defects within the product's valid warranty period.
1. Eligibility for Return & Resolution Priority
When a manufacturing defect is officially confirmed, resolutions follow a strict operational hierarchy:
• Replacement: The standard remedy for any verified manufacturing defect is the dispatch of a replacement unit.
• Refund: A refund may be considered as a secondary resolution under specific scenarios upon detailed evaluation and final approval by our support team:
- The required replacement item is confirmed to be completely out of stock at our regional warehouse.
- The issue involves a recurring manufacturing defect on a product that has previously been replaced under the same order, provided that the defect is officially verified to be free from any external factors or improper handling.
※ Exclusions: This policy strictly does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse, liquid exposure, or normal wear and tear over time.
2. Pickup & Shipping Logistics (Condition of Return)
We operate a brand-covered pickup service for all approved warranty claims.
• Standard Coverage: Spigen India will arrange and bear the full expense of the courier pickup from your registered address.
• Out-of-Service Zones: If you reside in a remote region not currently serviced by our logistics partners, you will be requested to self-ship the item to our warehouse. Upon submission of a valid shipping receipt, the exact shipping cost will be fully reimbursed/refunded to you.
• Pre-requisite for Action: For all arranged cases, the replacement dispatch or refund execution will proceed only after the courier successfully picks up the product and the status is verified in our system.
3. Shipping Fee Allocation by Return Reason
• Change of Mind (Simple Returns): For all change-of-mind returns, wish to return an item due to a simple change of mind or incorrect option selection, the customer is responsible for all associated logistics costs, and the round-trip shipping fees (both outbound and return delivery charges) will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• Incorrect Shipments & Platform Errors: If you receive an incorrect product due to a fulfillment error or an official website system discrepancy, Spigen India will take full responsibility.
4. Refund Processing & Timeline
• Official Website / Non-Amazon Channels: Approved refunds are processed securely via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or your original payment gateway. The amount will be credited back to your account within 2 to 10 business days.
• Amazon Orders: All claims, returns, and refunds related to purchases made on Amazon India are handled exclusively through the Amazon platform. The resolution timeline and procedures will follow Amazon’s standard marketplace guidelines.
5. Cross-Verification
Our team cross-checks every claim against official sales invoices and backend platform records. Spigen India reserves the absolute right to reject any claim that displays discrepancies or fails this validation process.
