Spigen India provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty against verified manufacturing defects under standard usage during the designated warranty period. All warranty claims are subjected to strict verification by our technical support team.

1. Warranty Period by Product Category

The limited manufacturer's warranty strictly applies to verified manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase:

• Cases & Covers: 12 Months (Varies by specific product model)

• Power Accessories: Varies by specific product model

• Other Accessories: Varies by specific product model

• Screen Protectors: No Warranty

 - As consumable items, damages occurring during daily use are strictly excluded.

 - However, exceptions are made for "Damaged upon Arrival" (Transit Damage) only if a claim is submitted within 7 days of delivery accompanied by a clear, unedited unboxing video.

※ Warranty Exclusions: This policy strictly does not cover any defect or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, liquid exposure, or normal wear and tear over time.
